ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE WAITLIST FOR 1-4 BEDROOM APARTMENTS.

Sound Communities is accepting applications for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waitlist for Meadow Gardens Affordable apartments, beginning Monday, November 16, 2026 at 9:00am.

Meadow Gardens will re-open in the Spring of 2027. The waitlist will close when the desired number of applications has been received. Income limits apply.

Applications will be available on Monday, November 16, 2026 at www.soundcommunities.org and www.norwalkha.org and at the Sound Communities/Norwalk Housing Authority offices located at 24.5 Monroe Street, Norwalk, CT 06854.

Applications should be submitted at the Sound Communities/Norwalk Housing Authority offices located at 24.5 Monroe Street, Norwalk, CT 06854, or via email to cwright@SoundCommunitiesCT.org.
